3 Cocktails to Help You Celebrate Peach Season

But we’re here to make sure you’re covered on the best peach-infused cocktails. Check out three of our favorite:

Orange and Peach Swizzle
Martini Glass

Ingredients

1 oz. vodka
½ oz. peach liqueur
½ oz. lemon juice
1 oz. passionfruit puree
3-4 dashes of orange bitters
slice of peach, vanilla sugar, and passionfruit pulp to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients and serve straight up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a speared peach slice and a pinch of vanilla sugar, and drizzle passionfruit pulp at the bottom of the glass.


Bellini Cocktail
Champagne Flute

Ingredients

1 oz. peach nectar
½ tsp. lemon juice
1 oz. peach schnapps
1 ½ oz. Champagne

Method

Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice, and schnapps in a chilled flute. Add crushed ice, stir, and add Champagne.


Nico
Martini Glass

Ingredients

1 oz. peach schnapps
1 oz. Tuaca
1 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. guava juice
dash of grenadine and fruit-tea flakes to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. (It should have a thick, foamy surface.) To garnish, sprinkle a tiny amount of grenadine to form an abstract pattern on top and spoon a few fruit-tea flakes in the center.
