Thank you to everyone who preordered a copy of CAT DADDY and thereby helped Jackson Galaxy save homeless cats! 
We at Tarcher/Penguin are happy to announce that 4,930 copies of the book were preordered or purchased at participating events. As you may recall, Tarcher pledged to donate $1 for every copy pre-sold, and the money would be split between three feline-friendly organizations: Best Friends Animal Society, Neighborhood Cats, and the Stray Cat Alliance. However, since $4,930 is such an odd number to split between three organizations, we will be rounding this out and donating $2,000 to each organization.
We hope you enjoyed reading CAT DADDY and thank you again for helping Jackson’s cause!
And just a reminder – Jackson will be returning with a third season of Animal Planet’s My Cat From Hell on June 30, 2012.
