You might be using a bit of aloe vera on your skin this summer, but now we’ve got a way to put it in your drink for a true full-body sooth.

Aloe Vera Martini
Martini Glass

Ingredients

2 oz. gin
½ oz. aloe vera water
½ crème de peche
twist of orange to garnish

Method

Shake and strain all ingredients into a martini glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Watermelon & Coriander Margarita
Margarita Glass

Ingredients

4 chunks of watermelon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 ½ oz. tequila
2 tsp. Midori
2 tsp. sugar syrup
dash of ground coriander
6 coriander leaves
extra coriander leaf to garnish

Method

Muddle watermelon and lemon juice. Then combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and double-strain into a margarita glass. Float a coriander leaf.

Old-fashioned Glass

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. orange juice
½ oz. lime juice
1 tsp. superfine sugar
slice of orange to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with an orange slice.
